Our team

Stephen has a wide array of managerial experience including many years as a general manager as well as leading multi-unit organizations.   He's managed for iconic brands such as Waffle House, Red Lobster, and AmeriGas.  He has an MBA and a BA in Psychology.  He serves as our lead recruiter.  When not recruiting "Steve" enjoys watching football, playing hockey, and cooking.

Jenica has had management roles in both restaurant and retail businesses during her career with over a decade at PetSmart as a Store Director.  Additionally she has had success developing a startup from inspiration to profitability.  She is Fountainhead's lead on business development.  In her spare time "Jenni" enjoys being around her family and many pets.

Adam has two decades of developing, coaching, managing and training award winning teams in a range of corporate environments.  His creative and analytical solutions have cut millions of dollars off the bottom line over the years.   Adam serves the firm in a variety of capacities including strategy, business development, and candidate procurement.  Adam enjoys music, motorcycles, and festivals.
